Ms Charlotte Koh has 20 years of experience spanning across fundraising, corporate strategy & international relations. In the area of philanthropy, Charlotte has raised funds for a variety of sectors ranging from social, higher education and now, the arts. As the Deputy Director of the Arts & Culture Development Office, Charlotte leads the department in forging strategic relationships with organisations, foundations and individuals to raise the profile of arts philanthropy in Singapore. Charlotte is also the secretariat of the Cultural Matching Fund, a matching grant for donations to eligible arts and heritage charities and IPCs. Prior to joining NAC, Charlotte held senior roles in the President’s Challenge Secretariat, Community Chest and NUS Business School. She is familiar with the full range of fundraising from raising major gifts, running capital campaigns, setting up of endowment gifts for legacy purposes, corporate social responsibility & sponsorships.
